King Kutter XB Tiller
I have just recently bought a BX 2660 with a FEL & 60" MMM. I ordered a King Kutter XB 48" tiller for subcompacts and just wondered if anyone has any experience with this tiller. I know it is a lighter weight than the KK II 48" and thought the 425 LB weight would better fit my tractor. Any input would be appreciated.

Re: King Kutter XB Tiller
It is especially made for sub-compacts. It was designed for tractors under 25 HP. It has a slip clutch. There some still in the field that are chain drive tillers, but they just started making a sub-compact tiller that is gear drive. They both have six tines per flange.
The chain drive model is a TC-48-XB and the gear drive is a model TG-48-XB or something like that.
Both are very good tillers.

Re: King Kutter XB Tiller
That's good to know. Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure if I ordered the chain or gear. It assume it is the chain drive. I didn't realize they were making a gear drive in this tiller. I'm looking forward to trying it out. At least the color matches the tractor.
