pto shaft w/ shear bolt

Does anyone know where i can find this?

this is what i have

tiller end 1 3/8in 6 spline female to tiller
toward tractor male rectangular i think 3/4in X 7/8in shaft

tractor end 1 3/8in 6 spline female to tractor
toward tiller female rectangular 3/4in X 7/8in shaft

this set up is 20 - 22in joint to joint and it bottoms out b4 tiller is raised all the way on the tractor (3pt hitch)

this is what i need

i need something that is 18in joint to joint - possibly telescoping so i can use it on a different tractor some day - so the shortest it can go is 18in but then it can go longer - oh, and i want it to have a shear bolt on the yoke on the tiller end.

I had a similar type of pto shaft on my old brush hog and am curious to know why you don't just trim a couple inches off of each square end of the shaft until it lets you lift the tiller all the way up?

I agree. generally when you have a telescoping shaft that is too long, you trim both nds a tad.

to add a torque limiter you will probably want a slip clutch for that unit.. I'd get one with a femal and male spline.. and then mount it up using the old shaft.. then cut to fit.
