Just picked up my KK 5' brush hog and my 5' box blade. Lots of weeds to mow and dirt to move. May even go looking down the road at the neighbor's weeds. Any suggestions as far as deflectors for the brush hog. I see the front and back of the mower deck are wide open. Anyone made drop chain curtain or something similar?

Nick, click on the "Search" button above and enter "chain guard" as the search phrase and you'll find a number of threads in the "build it yourself", "attachments", and "safety" forums. I wouldn't want to use a rotary cutter without the chain guards and they're fairly expensive so a lot of us have made our own.
