Re: Thoughts on these?
I can't tell you the manufacturer, but if they are cheap and they would do a job for you, buy them. They are small so they are not made for a large tractor. From what I could telll in the pictures they seem sturdy enough to do some work.

Re: Thoughts on these?
Can that cultivator be used for row crop weed control on corn?
I am still waiting on measurements on the plow.
My tractor is a Kubota M4900 which may be a bit much for these, but for $125 they may be worth it.

Re: Thoughts on these?
That's what the cultivator is made for. The question is, will your tractor fit down the rows with the cultivator straddling a row of corn down the center? The cultivator might be a home grown project, but it looks beefier than a TSC model which sells for $250. The plow looks to be a home made conversion that might work ok. I think $125 for that plow is not "cheap" though. But then again it's difficult to find anything for $125. Maybe you can get the pair for $200.

Re: Thoughts on these?
The first one is a small field cultivator, fairly lightweight design--not worth more than $100.
The second one is a 2-bottom plow. It's a pretty basic design without coulters and rear wheel. Again, $100 tops.

Re: Thoughts on these?
Whats worth something to one , aint necesarilly whats worth something to others . But unless I read the OP,s post wrong. They are 125 bucks for both . Which is a bargain IMHO . Might be Homemade . Not real sure what that has to do with anything. But Thanks for clearing up what they are.

Re: Thoughts on these?
I will put in my .02. Those are good looking implements and are in my opinion worth $125. Your tractor is a bit much for these, but like zman said, better too much tractor than not enough. You could always sell them later if you find they are not suitable for your tractor. Just a word of caution, it takes practice to use a rear-mounted cultivator without plowing up the corn unless you have flat land and very straight rows.
