One row cultivator parts?

I have what I assume is a Cole one row cultivator. It still has part of a decal attached.
I am having a hard time finding a certain part, mainly because I have no idea what it is called. In the middle of the cultivator there are 2 "guides/shields". One about 4 inches from center on both side giving a space between these about 8" or so. These "guides" I assume keep dirt from falling on young plants? Is this right? Both are rusted and need to be replaced, but what are they called? Or what do they do?

Those are called "fenders".

"Fenders" huh? Well why didn't i think of that? A big thanks for the correct term and contact info.
