Long 3 point disc

I was not able to find anything about the "Long" brand of tillage equipment. Anyone have any info?

Anyone know know what model this is and or other information? Is is any good, worth the price, etc.?

I can look at the frame and tell you it's a "King" disc. We still have the one my dad bought in 1966. That one looks to be in pretty decent shape.
