I bought the HF Quick Hitch, not knowing it came in came in two different widths; to paraphrase Mr. Yogi Berra, "...if there's a 50/50 chance, 90% of the time I'll choose wrong..."
I ended up with the 28" wide from HF, and my landscape rake from TSC is 20"; bought longer pins for the rake, but they were just a little short. So, I took two black pipe nipples,(1"x2 1/2") and using a 4 1/2" hand held grinder with a metal cutting blade and a vise to hold them, cut a slot in each nipple. Then, slipped the nipples over the rake pins, and when the rake & QuickHitch are engaged, the edges of the slots, stop side to side movement, and prevent the rake from falling out of the HF QuickAttach.
Don't know if anybody else ran into this problem, but this quick fix works for me.
