I have a FTH-600 Bush Hog Finishing Mower that I had stored and covered but the spacers on the caster arms rusted and I mean rusted tight to the caster arms..I have used the mower deck and it is fine with that exception and one of the back casters does not rotate freely due to the rust. I have soaked it with WD -40 and used a rubber mallet to manually rotate the caster wheel but the spacers are still rusted to the caster arm....Any ideas ? How do I free it up ?

Thanks
