Default JD 430 Loader fit a Kubota B6200?

Anyone know if a John Deere 430 Loader would fit a 1983 Kubota B6200?

Would it be too heavy? My Kubota weighs 1350 pounds with no attachments or weights on it. I suppose that in the least, I'll need to fab up custom brackets but if it could be made to fit and work, there is one for sale locally. Thanks.

The 430 loader is probably a little big for your 1350lb tractor, it is rated to lift more than that! It's from a mid-sized chassis CUT.

The big concern would be, is how much does the loader weigh? reason being, is does your tractor have power steering? I doubt it, unless it was added on later. I added one to a 1985 B7100HST I own. I had a friend stand on the bucket, he weighs about 300 lbs. and it lifted him fine, but it did steer a little harder. you can see pics of it, in posts I have made on here. click on search on the top of any page and type in my screename. If you have any ? email me and just put FEL in the subject line. zman007007@aol.com

when I said I added a loader to mine, I didnt mean the model you were talking about, but a much smaller one. It probably only weighed like 500 lbs. with hoses and valves. zman

Thanks kennyd and zman. Appreciate the advice. I'll pass on the $1000 430 loader.

I'll look for something lighter and might build one using P.F. Engineering plans.
