pallet fork, memphis, $169 new dealer

I was just looking on tractor house for some pallet forks. I came across something of similar interest called Payne's forks. So I'm searching to find anything on here about them or if I should just consider the whole setup through Frontier (which would probably be safer).

After further reading, the clamp on forks aren't as good as the chain on ones. Which searching had found some for @ $139. Good luck.

If you do a search on here, you will find a good number of threads/posts about Payne's.

I bought though forks this January. I'm very pleased with them. They are well made.

Which ones? The ones from Memphis?
One of the attractions to me was free shipping. Those things look heavy.
Yankeewarehouse sells some for less, but I don't know about shipping.

I never cared for this style, don't like all that strain on the bucket. I just got a set of 48" pallet forks from Gator Attachments, let me have them for $450 plus shipping but I think that was a deal because I bought a Grapple too.

Yes the ones from Memphis. There weight is 44 lbs a peice. They go back under the bucket 17". It might be a little big for a 7610 kubota. They are a little big for my JD 4310 but I like heavy.

Curly has the Paynes I think.also johnnydel29
But if you have bucket hooks, you could reduce some of the strain with a short chain up to the hooks

The Payne's are the first ones I was looking at. Talked with my dealer yesturday. He has some aftermarket ones for $750. Forgot the name though. The Frontier ones were $900.
