I bought this at TSC right before the big storm hit for my BX24 with Turfs and rear chains. It is the normal yellow one not the orange XB. For $300 it did great. I really wanted a Woods RB60 but couldn't find one. I have heard so much bad about these things I kind of looked at it as being disposable but I was impressed for the money. FWIW I cant imagine not being able to rotate the blade all the way around, that came in very handy. A foot or so of offset would be nice next time I need to buy one. Because I will probably never use this for anything other than snow (I have a woods box blade and rake) I would recommend it.

What size of box blade and rake? I'm currently on the market for
both of these and I have a Massey 2610 TLB, which is the
same size as a BX24. I know the Five hp per foot rule is applicable,
but I've seen others who have gone one size larger. Just curious...

The rake is 5 feet a woods LRC60 and the box blade is a 4ft woods estate. Both perfect sizes for my machine in my opinion. I would not go too big on the box blade or you wont get the bite you need to move dirt a lot at a time.

Thanks for the reply. You have the sizes that I was thinking of purchasing.
I have read on some posts that people are running five foot BB
and six foot finish rakes on similar size machines. I wonder if they
have any problems with things breaking, mostly the tractor...
Now I'm down to one last dilemma, MMM or rear finish mower.
Yeh, I know, each has it's advantages...
Any advice is welcome and appreciated.
