Woods str48 or Ferguson overseeder

I am considering a good used overseeder for my BX2360. I will be using it for an expansion of the lawn, overseeding and some wild plots. I really like the look of the Woods but it seems to be somewhat pricey. Anyone with experience with both units? And any suggestions to where I can find either model in used but good condition?
