I was born into the Baby Boomer generation. When I was growing up it was important that businesses took care of their customers because, if they did not, they did not stay in business. Companies today are driven increasingly by what makes the CXX the biggest bonuses on a quarterly basis. The future of the company is of no consequence because they do not plan on being there anyway. As consumers, we are just a necessary evil to keep their revenues flowing. Today, the commonplace corporate motto is: "If it wasn't for all of these damned customers, we could get some real work done around here."
Now having shared my sentiments toward corporate America, I want to share my perceptions of Everything Attachments. I recently ordered a 72" Wicked Root Grapple, a Post Hole Digger and a Subsoiler from them. I will limit this review to how I was treated as a customer, and, in the future, I will write reviews on how well these attachments perform in the field.
The transaction was flawless. They shipped my equipment in the fashion that I requested since I did not want to make multiple trips to the freight terminal 100 miles away. The one thing that impressed me the most was the way in which they communicated. In the past, if I got a nickle for everytime I was promised a return phone call that day by a company, and never heard from them, I could probably afford to buy Everything Attachments from Ted if he wished to sell. I must say that Rick, Travis, Greg and Scott communicated exactly as they promised everytime.
I have a Mahindra 5035 PST on which I am using this equipment. When I mounted the post hole digger the tip of the auger would barely clear the ground. When I spoke with Travis about this, I learned that I should have about 6 inches ground clearance. After sending some photos for them to review, they made up a new hoop for me that was 3 inches taller than the standard one initially shipped. Now I have excellent ground clearance, and I am a happy customer. This is the kind of service that makes you want to do business with them again. They wanted me to be happy with their product, and they helped me solve the problem I was having. I will buy from them again. Now, if I could only get Mahindra to sign up...............
