Does anyone out there know where I can find a loader for my tractor?

You have an older tractor and I'm sure Deere won't be carrying any in inventory. However, you should contact a Deere dealer since there may be a dealer with one in stock somewhere...I doubt it, but it can't hurt to ask.
While the dealer is searching, I suggest you go online and look for an aftermarket loader. There's a reasonable chance a manufacturer may make on to fit your machine. Just read the specs carefully...you don't want to damage your old iron with too big a loader.
This isn't going to be cheap though...unless you find a used one, or a dealer who just wants to get rid of an obsolete loader, you're going to spend $2000-$3000.
Might even be time to just upgrade to a newer tractor.
Good luck!

You should have plenty of choices in aftermarket loaders. I know Koyker makes loaders for tractors in the size range of the 650. Not trying to discourage you, but adding a new loader is gonna cost as much as your tractor is worth.

Surprisingly Koyker doesn't list a loader for the JD 650, but they have them listed for all types of Yanmars. I would be surprised if they didn't have one that would bolt right up, but I've been wrong before.

Hello to all!

New here but I ran across this posting, Looking for a loader for a JD 650. We (www.Compacttractorandcomponets.com) will be producing a loader for the JD 650, Custom fit with the hydro valve and all needed parts (hoses fitting to tap into the machines hydro system). Price on it will be around $3,000.00. But also it will be the only quick tach loader made for that machine. (atleast that we know of.) No stand or tools required to mount or dismount. It will also feature curved booms like the rest of out loaders. It will be on the market, (advertised) in the next month once I get the company 650 showroom shape.

No need to trade in for a new machine! cant replace the old machines for less then $25,000 now days.

Keep it American!

Thanks
Rod

Westendorf shows a TA-55 on their website that will fit your tractor.

The problem with adding a loader to the JD X50 series is that 650, 750, and 850, (and maybe the 950) did not come standard with power steering. You add a loader to it and get 700 lbs of material in the bucket and then try turning it lock to lock might just make you regret it. I strongly suggest you consider selling the 650 and just go buy a tractor already outfitted with a FEL and power steering. I use to have a 750 and played with the idea of getting a FEL, but after considering the power steering issue, I sold it and went and bought a 790 with PS and the FEL. I have no regrets whatsoever. Good luck to you.
