Has anyone ever bought from CCM? I found an old post from someone who (I guess) either works for them or owns them, touting their ease of purchase and no-problem shipping. I sent them an e-mail inquiry regarding pricing and shipping costs for several implements, but received no response. Opinions?

I called on the phone and purchased a Hyd top link from them. I am happy with the product and service. Dealing with them I got the feeling they are a small family buisiness that can be easily overwelmed when it gets busy...but that is purley speculation based on a few comments about possible delays of my delivery during harvest season. I will in fact give them business again when I purchase my tilt cylinder.

Just do a search of the name CCM, You will find hundreds of post's from people who bought cylinders from them...

Some company's don't check email regularly-Call them.

I recently purchased a TNT from CCM. My order was at the mercy of Mr. Murphy :) - severe weather shut down the office for several days. The owner became ill was out of the office for several days.

Would I buy from CCM again and would I recommend them ???- You Bet!!

Mark the ( owner ) was helpful and very honest- I believe they are a small company- with excellent customer service!!

I purchased a toplink from them, no problem and would do business with them again. You do have to call, I've heard they are not the most email responsive company. However, when you call they will answer the phone.

Is CCM still in business? Their website appears to be down. I'm looking a set of their top-n-tilt cylinders and can't seem to find them!

I think that the partners split up, so now there are 2 different business's & names. They wouldn't build you a side link when there were busy, I don't know if that is still the case or not. :confused3:

Do you have the names / websites? It seems like they made a pretty good product. It would be a shame for them to stop.

Hmmm. I just ran across hay tools.com. It looks like the old CCM site.
