Which One do you want to know about?
I hadn't either (I like using my boxblade) until the other day . . . and I have to say that for gravel road maintenance it worked pretty darn good to be just one tool for the job.

Check out the Tractor Land Plane Video we made and see for yourself. Scroll down, cause the demo video is at the bottom. It is about 8 minutes long and has before and after pics.

Yeah, I have one. They are awesome for maintaining a road. There has been quite a few threads on these. Land Pride calls theirs a Grading Scraper. I use mine to maintain my 900' gravel drive. I also use it as a box scraper when I am leveling out the high spots on my property.

My Land Pride Grading Scraper has scarifiers -- which I don't see on the King Cutter in your link. When I am maintaining my gravel drive, I keep the scarifiers up -- don't need them. But when I am doing dirt work, I often lower them to dig up the ground.

How about this one. It was a bear to get home as shown.

The 3 PH with drawbar is used to raise or lower the blade. This thing works like a charm. Don't know the brand or it may be home made. Cost $200 on eBay.
