Maybe if you run water through it, it will be like on the fan misters they have at the fair. :D :D

JDGreengrass -- What did you pay for the blower? I've been looking and have settled on the same model Frontier unit. Lowest price I've been able to find is $2470 in the Central Ohio area.

Sorry. When I followed this thread back I saw that you'd already mentioned the price. Great deal. I can't find a dealer that will go below $2450. We had so much snow last year that I spent days digging through drifts with the FEL. I want to be able to throw that stuff way out of the way next winter.

I found out the same thing with my bucket. It does a nice job but it's just a bit slow going. A snowblower is very efficient...one pass and the snow is gone.

I thought I would be paying around $2,500, that's what I budgeted for. My dealer quoted me $2,000 for the SB1154 so I was pleasantly surprised with the $2,100 tag for the SB1164. 5% sales tax boosted it up to $2,205. I call that a bargain.

At $2,450 I still think the implement is worth it. Tell him to take off the tax and pay him just the $2450. Might fly.?? I actually went with Deere credit and the minimum payment is like $54 a month which is very affordable if you find that's all you can pay. Of course the interest rate is around 12% but I hope to have it payed off in a year....then spring for a box blade.

I hope you get the blower. It looks to be a good one, for sure.
