I'd give that site a A even if it were for a manufacturer, much less a retailer.
One quibble would be that your front and center organizational history is competing with what most visitors are looking for initially: products. If they find what they want, they will seek out the rest. I agree with the poster that suggested putting that in the "About Us" format we're all used to. Then use that space to show a panoramic view of all your general purpose implements. I would think that would have more drawing power for this crowd than the hay equipment. Maybe there's room for both.
