Sprayer How can I hook up this attachment

"Runner, what are the pieces you welded on each side of the drawbar used for? "

They, in addition to the holes in the part that extends upward from the top hook, are mounting points for three-point equipment that won't work with a quick hitch. I also use them to attach my boom pole.

Nice boom pole.!!

Curious to know how much it will lift being so far out front of the loader.??

Enough to lift a 500lb. attachment out of the back of th truck.??

I like it.

I believe Northern Tool has a sprayer all set to go for three point mounting.

Thanks.

Not to steal the thread (even though I kind of am, sorry) it's lifting about 500 lbs in this pic., however, if I was going load/unload an attachment from my truck, I would use my pallet forks.

I don't think the 2520 is capable of lifting 500 lbs on the end of the boom pole high enough to get it into a truck or trailer, but maybe it could.

Back to the subject, I've also thought about just strapping my sprayer to my carryall if I wanted to use it with the bigger tractor.

Must have missed something with this whole post. Simply hooking up to the existing drawbar hitch and hooking the elec. pump motor to a 12 volt source with a toggle switch wouldn't work? Stability with a 15 gal. tank on a 3320? Mounted mine on a home made 3-point quick attach. Don't even notice it behind. No need to do any alteration with what I've saw. You already have all that's needed.

Maybe I missed something here.
But if it were me, I would either check into the sprayer that 'Airedale' spoke of, or I would modify that one to make it work on the 3pt.
The tongue on the one pictured, appears, to unbolt...........just make a couple brackets to fit on a 3pt drawbar, then use one upright, coming from each side, up to your toplink...........Instant 3pt. attachment:thumbsup:

EDIT:
Don't forget to take the wheels off.

Looks like you can invert the hitch simply by removing the bolt next to the tongue for height adjustment. Why invest in a 3-pt drawbar when the J.D. will most probable work at no cost?
