Hello
Their are a number of mfgs out their. Where are you located. Giant-Vac, Agrimetal and Toro to name a few. As for price I'm not sure. My guess would be in the $3,000-$4,000 range. They work great and their are different sizes it fit most tractors.

I don't own one, but I've used one. They'll blow about anything that gets in front of them. Leaves, branches, small rocks etc. They also work great on light snow. Just be careful there's no one to get hit with the "stuff" as they throw the it quite a ways. I am designing my 1600' driveway to be able to be "raked" using one of these.

Re: PTO Leaf Blower?
Darn! That's only half an hour away from me. Too bad they opened the bidding at $2000... For that price I'll stick to my plan of building my own. In my mind, that a high price for a relatively unsophisticated device.
Besides, building your own is always more fun.
