Anybody know who makes good ones and about how much I should expect to pay?? Can't seem to find them used around here anywhere.

Looking for a row hipper with 3 blades on each side and a single row cultivator with sweeps.

Going on a Massey Ferguson 231 with 38 engine hp and 34 PTO hp. Tractor weighs 4,065 lbs.

Thanks,
Travis R

Thanks!

Yes, I called Stevens Tractor today. To have the "Deluxe Row Hipper" brought to a local business by my house is a Whopping $706 and some change!!! OUTRAGEOUS! What are these people thinking?? All I'm wanting to do is make a garden. Not buy stock in the metal market business!

Looks like I'll have to keep looking for some used ones.

Travis, take a look at this link. 3 PT KEULAVATOR FRAME - Agri Supply . Is that kinda what you're looking for? I bought a couple of the 16" disc hillers and made my own frame. It's used for drawing up rows, and hilling spuds. I don't have a picture of it. I've seen the hippers, not sure what the difference is in what the two do. My homemade rig did fine for our garden patch. I've also seen (somewhere I don't know where) an older Ferguson cultivator with the sweeps removed in the middle, and the disc hillers added. Mark

You guys should all be checking out (Temporarily blocked due to reports of company closure)

I'm in no way affiliated - in fact I'm like 1,000 miles from them. I've done a lot of looking and plan on ordering a couple of things from them in the spring. They're very reasonably priced and have a few hillers and cultivators to chose from. They have great videos showing a demonstration of most implements they sell.

Agreed. No affiliation, although my farm is within 20 miles of Newton and I bought my Bad Boy mower from Ted.

Here's a link to their garden bedders.
