Tiller took the plunge on a tiller

I look forward to the review as I have been debating over the same tiller. They sure look well built.

Your tiller got to do some traveling. I think King Kutter is located in Winfield AL which is around 200 or so miles from Rutledge.

We still have a lot of snow on the ground here, but it's melting fast. Temps in the 50's all of a sudden. I hope to get my KK 7' tiller ordered within a week, and that should bring on some more winter weather.
Your price is about $100 less than I am getting, but my shipping is much less since I'm in Ohio. The tillers are built in Ohio. The 7' KK looks like it has a little beefier 3ph pin set up, probably due to the weight. I think it's cat 1 or 2. I haven't seen any specs on it and even the KK site doesn't list it. I've only seen photos of them on ebay or dealer sites.
Good luck with it - I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

I not sure about the shipping, but I have a 6ft KK and it will pulverise hard clay in one pass.I think it`s geared to spin faster than other tillers I`ve had.

Looked at a bunch of tillers today, wound up buying a KK II 72" for $1750 out the door. Thats serviced (oil in gearbox, slip clutch adjusted, etc), and put in my pickup truck. Will pick it up Tuesday from an Ohio dealer. He also carries Tarter, Woods, and Taylor Made (KK II with a different top). He sure had a lot of tillers in stock.

Stopped at another dealer on the way there, and he was getting over $4000 for a 6' Bush Hog reverse-tine tiller and over $3200 for the "regular" one. Dang. Got out of there in a hurry.
