3rd. rake wheel photo
Here is a photo of the stand that I made for my rake so I can roll it thru a 6 ft. door opening. It is held on by 4 pins and works great. Now I can just roll the rake out the door and right up to the tractor to mount on the 3 pt. Cost was about $2.00 for the spray paint, the rest was just scrap from other projects. Took about 1/2 hour to make. I also made the back wheels for the rake as well.

Von, you might want to try and attach that photo one more time. I opened it and got nothing but computer gobblety gook (hope I spelled that right).

Re: 3rd. rake wheel photo
Very clever, indeed. Think that would work for a 3 pt. blade as well? I've got wheels I can attach to the blade, a bunch of scrap angle iron and would only need to buy a caster wheel. I just talked myself into copying your design. Don't patent it 'til I get one built.

Good picts and great use of photography to tell the story. This is a wonderful application of the internet.
BTW - In all my 50-some years I never had the urge to travel, but seeing the snapshots you guys have submitted lately, I'm starting to think I'm missing out on some spectacular country. I particularly like small-town USA and rural communities, so dust off that porch hammock -- I might need a place to catch some Z's sometime in the future.
