Just picked up a 2008 used Landpride RTR2072 Tiller. With spring and all the tiller threads popping up thought I'd post. First impressions have been very good. Used it the first time yesterday in unbroken ground and was happy with the results. The combo of reverse rotation and screen tines worked as advertised and left a very nice result. All of the sod was almost completely buried, no problems with jumping or skipping, and no roots, rocks, etc on top of the surface. The 72" covered my tire tracks completely and tractor had no issues with power. It's also a very smooth running tiller. After engaging the pto you cannot hear or feel it turning until lowering into the ground. Here's a few pics after only one pass in unbroken ground.

Its a Case 45 hp tractor. Without digging for the specs I think PTO hp is about 38 with the hydro trans that I have.
