Im a wee miffed at them, ordered online from them for the first time monday 7am, 2 small bottles of diesel additive and still nothing. There cust service phone goes to vm and no email response. Guess this was my first and last time for that.

Looks like Rural King pulled the pricing early. I was just about to check out and the price when back up to full price even though it's still the 27th (and the discount is still listed on the front page.) What a disappointment... although I have emailed to see what's up.

Bruce, is there anyway you can do better than what's listed for residential shipping? Even though as you pointed out the price for King Kutter products is a little cheaper on your web site ($13 less for the box blade I'm looking at), the shipping ends up being $122 more than Rural King.

Bruce, thanks for getting back to me. I hate to say this, but I ended up purchasing the King Kutter 48" Professional Box Blade already. Rural King ended up calling me up the very next morning and selling it to me at the discounted price.

Apparently, my situation wasn't unique, so they just did a price adjustment for me right over the phone. Even though I would have like to check with you first before buying it, I didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to get it for such a low price (so I jumped at the chance.)

I'll make you a deal though. The next attachment I purchase (and I'm sure this won't be the last! I'll be sure to check with you first to see if I can give you the business since you're a forum sponsor. I think that it's only fair.

Hey Eric,

I'm just glad you was able to save some money. When you have that kind of opportunity, and you feel satisfied with your purchase, that is what your searching for.

It sure does not hurt to call these places to learn what they are able to do. I know my site is still needing some more adjusting in regards to shipping quotes and there are times when I do some adjusting to someones orders when they call and I give them a review. I still need another 2 weeks to get my real time quote system in place and viewers will get a direct quote.

I just hope that you keep me in mind and I will work to help better serve the orders.
