Rear Blade Need a new rear blade

JimMc,
That's right. But it is amazing how many of the companies that are selling this same blade and rebadging it. I also have one just like it, it is a Hardee-Williams that I have. In the past, I was looking to see how many used/sold this blade and I think I found 4-5 companies. I just wonder who the real manufacture is?

Thanks John,
In todays business place, you can't tell who is really don't what. I know that this is a really good blade. I have used it so much that it is now ready for some bolt tighting./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Hi Jerry,

I think that is one of the best designs for rear blades… and I agree, I don’t think you can go wrong with it for probably a lifetime of use… and then some… /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif

Over the years, I’ve seen some great “practical” and durable rear blades, while I haven’t seen this particular one in person… this is on my list to get…Bison Rear blade owned by Phred of TBN…

Yes, John I would like to see the Bison blades in person. I like the way the cylinders are attached and that they leave the non-powered pin points for heavy pined use. This looks like a very straight forward heavy duty blade built for very tough use.

Sorry for the confusion folks! I looked at so many before I bought, when I was typing up my note I was thinking one thing and typed another /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif. The older I get, the more often this happens.... That's one (about the only one...) advantage of getting old, at least I have an excuse now!

Do you find that it moves your tractor around much as you use it?

It hasn't yet. I run chains on the front which really help, plus all 4 tires are loaded.
