OK, I've serched some of the threads about wood chippers but didn't find the information I'm looking for. I'm in the market for a PTO wood chipper. Currently I'm looking at the Liberty Ranch series (8") and the WoodMax (8"). I like the auto feed on the Liberty but the heavier weight on the WoodMax. I'll be driving it with a JD5103 (45 PTO). Trying to keep the pricing in the range of $2.5K.

What I'd like to see is a comparison of owners and their wood chippers to include;
Brand -
Price paid -
HP required -
Basic features -
Weight of blade (hammer) -
Weight of impliement -
How long owned/used -
Satisfaction of use -
Any other remarks -

Thanks.
