I bought an old 3 pt. 5 shank subsoiler, and the yoke has three vertical holes for attaching the upper link...just like the three holes on the tractor end(rockshaft bracket) of the upper link. What would be the uses for the different holes on this implement? Thanks

The different holes change the geometry of the chisel plow as to how it engages the soil. All of the holes will work, but one may work better than others with your tractor.

Like how much it will be tilted forward or backward?

on the tractor side, the toplink roker top hole is likely for light draft implements, like a spring tooth harrow.... and the lowest hole for heavy draft implements.. like a plow.

it's a mechanical advantage thing for the draft sensing hyds.
