I don't know who made it or what it is,so TBN folks don't beat me up to bad on this comment
: IMHO that might not be a bushhog but by that big grilled high top open rear design looks to me like its a small hay cutter.Where it would cut hay atime or two and kick it out back and not chop anything up inside deck too much.If it were mine I'd rebuilt(restore it) and let someone pull it in parade w/small tractor.

I don't know about the hay cutter but I got this about 15 years ago with a 1049 b jd and we cut trails with it cut some trees about 4 inches around it has two 5 foot blades

I mean this in a good way,I woudn't tear that piece of equipment up too much till I found out what it is and if many still left around.

It's red i have not used it in about 10 years scared to run it with last 2 tractors to much hp

I remember a thread on TBN maybe last year of one that looked very similar to yours, if not the same one. It was a very old mower, and someone even linked an advertisement with a picture of it in the ad. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of it and it would probably take quite an effort to search the TBN forums for it. What jogged my memory was those vertical bars on the backside of it.
