McCormick-Deering Mower

Me and my farther recently saved an old horse drawn mower from going to the junk yard, and we would like to restore it, does any one have any information on this mower... the only writing that I see on it is McCormick - Deering Chicago USA High gear No. 9

The #9 was the last horse drawn mower IH built. They were built until shortly after WW II. Many were actually used behind tractors.
