    Yes! Enlarge the picture and you will see the port plugs at each end. A double ported cylinder means two way or double acting. A single acting cylinder will have only one port.

    Greenthumb,

    Yes it is a double acting cylinder. The dual port means it has plumbing in the end clevis to install the line on two sides, one inline with the pin and the other at 90 degrees to it.
