I am wondering if there is an auger that fits in place of the front bucket, like skid steers. It must fit on a Kabota BX25. I know there was a snowblower that ran on the rear pto and now they have a blower that fits on the front, so I was hoping someone is making a from auger as compared the weird rear pto one that is out there.

Welcome to TBN:)

Short answer: No, the BX will not have enough hydraulic capacity to operate the PHD.

Someone around here did mount a second hydraulic pump on the belly mower PTO and another person fabricated an adaptor to use the backhoe bucket mounting for the auger motor.

Check out Danuser Augers. The 8300-1 should work if your BX25 puts out 6 gpm.

I have the 8300-2 and love it. I fixed it to mount on my backhoe, but will get the bracket to mount on my loader bucket, on the side.

I stand by my original post, the BX series only flow 3.7 GPM to the loader circuit.

Kennyd, sorry I seen 6.6 gpm on kubota web site, did I over look a line?

Kenny,
This is what I was going by also. Nice hearing from you again.:)

I am moving my auger to a front bucket mount, but will be using the rear remote to power it, like the backhoe. So, this should work for him, right?
hugs, Brandi

Look at the .pdf attached below from the Kubota site at this link: Tractors | BX Series| BX1860/BX2360/BX2660/BX25

The total GPM for the pump is indeed 6.3, but if you look on the second page under the loader specs it list's the flow at 3.7 GPM for the loader. The difference between the two figures is dedicated to the steering system through a priority valve.
