Any western NY tractor dealers with large inventory of used attachments/implements?

I am currently looking for a used quality made (I know, quality is open to interpretation, but looking for Land Pride, Bush Hog, Woods) box blade in the 48"-60" range and having little success. I have been following Craigslist using search tempest most of the summer and even placed my own ad and still no luck. Most results are King Kutter and or 72". I don't mind pulling or pushing my 6' back blade, but I think a 6' box blade is a bit much for my 23hp with turfs. Anyway, I started calling some of my bigger dealers in NW PA with large inventories of used equipment, again with no success, and I am know ready to expand my search into Western NY. Thanks.

You don't find very many good box blades for sale since the people who buy them tend to keep them as they don't wear out very easily so there is no need to replace them unless you damaged it or you upgraded to a larger machine/box blade.

My advice is to start pricing out a new unit and if you can afford it to buy new and get exactly what you want. I think I paid around $700 for a Bush Hog medium duty 7' box blade around 10 years ago and I know steel prices have gone up but I can't imagine you will find what your looking for and save very much over the price of new.

I don't recall seeing any used box blades at any of the dealers I frequent in this part of WNY. The used medium duty box blades I do see for sale are private sellers who have owned them for 40 years and there isn't much life left in them

Robert, I just have not come to grips with having to lay out the money for a new box blade. Although, I am slowly coming to that realization

Sorry for the delay in reporting back (I'm always excited to get answers from my posted questions at the forum, but usually lacking in my follow-up). I struck out with all 3 suggestions, but I am very appreciative of your suggestions. Actually Lamb & Webster said they had 3 sold at their fall auction on Saturday (I called Monday morning). Okay, so "3-days late and a dollar short" If you see or hear of something in Northwest PA or Western NY that meets my requirements shoot me a message. Thanks again guys.

48" is the largest you'll want on your 23 HP,,,,I have the 2920 and the tractor lacks the weight for anything larger, you'll just spin your wheels

You can try Rammelt & Sons in Westfield, NY. I travelled from Rochester to get my BB there. They have new and used stuff and are great folks to work with.
