Front-End Loader Worst things to do to a FEL

I knew a guy from the "gentrified" Ellicott City would ask a question like this...

Anyway, it's a recommended 30 PTO HP...

As usual, macho TBN guys over estimate the HP requirements. 15 PTO HP will run a 4 foot 3PT keg cooler with no problem and will even generate 5lbs of ice an hour on top of that. If you want to run the hydraulic mixmaster option you may need to go up to 20hp or shut off the ice maker.

Yeah...if yer a beer drinker...

But this is a "3 point, climate controlled, lighted wine storage rack"...much more sophisticated, easy on the palate and the wine sooooo fits those HST owners who are always whining over the whine...
After all, this ain't Boone's Farm (my personal favorite...especially when cloaked in a fashionable brown paper bag while consuming...) we're talking about....this is the real thing! Most them bottles cost more then 10 bucks each!

I'll be the first to admit that I am wino. I only have 20HP at the PTO, I bet I could use an attachment like this to justify an upgrade to the wife. Hmmm.

Ahhhhhhh, Ripple!!!
Good for drinkin'....good for antifreeze and works well as liquid ballast for them rear tires (quite handy if you want a drink in the field)...

Does create a problem, though. Drink too much, you have flat tires and have to use the forklift as a makeshift porta-potty. I heard they can leave grill marks under the right conditions. :p

That is what the ice maker attachment is for. Cools the seating area.

You can back blade safely though with the lift arms in float right? Say up to 60-70 degrees so the the bucket will hop over the dreaded immovable object. Not in float I can see bad things happening back blading with steep angles...:( Probably if you are going slow enough you can get away with it but not with lots of speed.

Holt50 I have been reading some threads about the FEL and I have noticed that every is mostly worried about the loader ,I would like to hear from some of you about a year from now and see if anyone has any CLUTCH problems ,a fel is mean on clutches ,Ijust use good ole common sense when using my fel but you will ride the clutch and not know it if you're not careful.

Good one:D While out working years ago I asked one of my girls if she knew where my chainsaw went....she said "dad you buried it". I said oh yeah I knew that.

I don't know why you would carry your chainsaw in the bucket when it fits so nicely in the chipper hopper....
