It is not obvious how to get Woods equipment parts online shipped to my door. I have a Woods/Gill pulverizer that needs some teeth. With other pulverizers I know I can just order them on the net. Not sure about Woods/Gill. In fact, how do I order some new equipment from them without going to an old-world brick&morter store and listen to a salesman?

I don't think you can order parts on line. I have ordered parts by phone through my dealer. They charged them to my Visa card and shipped them to me. I was quite fast had them in 2 days.

Sam is correct, Woods only sells through dealers. So you need to order from a Woods dealer.

Go to Messicks site and you can view Woods parts diagrams and order parts directly through Messicks to be shipped to your door.

Robert's post is the way to go if you're fairly close to Pennsylvania (Messick's location).
IIRC, there is a dealer locator on the Woods website. You may want to find a dealer closer to home (saving some shipping costs).

thanks everyone. I will use a brick and morter dealer to obtain the teeth I need, but not own anymore Woods products. They really need to get with it concerning ordering online. Their business model is lacking in today's world.

Not really...there's a lot of businesses that only handle wholesale. Woods may not have the staff to handle consumer calls and warranty claims (quite a few of which can be quite frivolous, BTW). The dealer can make a proper and independent assessment of warranty issues.
Sounds like good business sense to me...in today's world.

Why won't you buy anymore Woods products? Just because you need to go through a dealer? I don't believe Landpride or other major market players sell direct either.

I have to disagree. They need to look at the competition - that is always a foundational aspect to successful business strategy. But, what Woods does is not 'my' business. I make the decision for my business that quality is equal elsewhere and easier to deal with.

That's fine..you're entitled to your opinion and where you spend your money.
However, don't denigrate a business just because you don't like the way it's ran...just take your money elsewhere...no problem.
