    This was his response.

    Ken,
Sorry but I don't have anything that big that would fit your Ford. I make it a point to size all my products so they can be shipped UPS.
    Thanks for your interest.
    Sincerely,
    John Scheele

    Jim,

Did you find out anything more about the Cat 1 rear loader at the OK Farm Show?

They weren't there, but I did find my brochure on it. It clearly shows cat 1 tractors and even 4 wheelers and ZTR's using them. I'll try to scan the brochure tonight and post it if you're interested.

Sure, Jim. Please scan and post (or e-mail to me). This sure sounds like an interesting attachment that most of us haven't heard of before now.

    Jim,

Thanks for scanning those pictures. I guess that's a Westendorf brochure? If so, I'll contact them and check on price and availability.

Hey Ken, I'm sorry I didn't get back to you on your scoop, but I have my doubts about your using a larger scoop than the 30" or 36" dirt scoops. I may be wrong, but I suspect you could end up spending a lot of money and not getting something that will be usable with your 9N. The dirt scoops are reversible and you can load enough dirt in one that it will cause your 9N's front wheels to come off the ground; especially if you try to go uphill. My father almost killed himself with just that same situation when I was 14 yr old (but that's another story). I just think you will end up having to add a tremendous amount of weight to your front end to counterbalance a larger scoop on the rear. When you remove the scoop, if you don't remove the weight in front, you will have a hard job steering because your 9N doesn't have power steering. My point is that many more modern tractors are heavier and have power steering to aid in steering with a heavy load on the front wheels. Your 9N is a great little tractor, but you can easily get it overloaded in the rear. IMHO you are a lot better off making many trips with a "little" scoop which you will be able to handle. Good luck with your search.

But, I dont see how I could turn this one around. Dont think I can.

    Thanks
    Ken H.
