Hello, I bought a Towner 3 row spring tooth a couple of years ago in pretty good shape as a package deal with a John Deere LX5 mower. It mates very well to my New Holland TC 55 for doing clean up work scratching mettle and garbage out of the weeds. I have one broken tooth and asked about parts at tractor supply and got the I'm with stupid look. I just rearranged the teeth so they are all in one row on the back bar to do a better job raking. I would like to see about adding a few teeth to this implement but it may be cost prohibitive for what I'm doing. This still has yellow paint and the name visible. I didn't think it looked very old but I'm having a real hard time finding any references to towner on the internet or parts for them. I'm guessing from what I read that Towner equipment in Santa Ana California must have gone out of business years ago. Can someone give me a bit more information about what I have and where I might find replacment teeth that are compatible. This unit is a 3 point hook up type and about 6 to 7 feet wide. Each tooth is bolted with one 2.5 inch, 5/8 wide bolt and a slide through bracket onto an L shaped bar. It sticks out maybe 6 inches to a foot on each side of my TC55. Is there a current manufacturer using this type of tooth that is a direct replacement or do I need to hunt for another one to canibalize for parts? My dad had a similar spring tooth but it is heavier with square tube brackets so the springs don't match up. I would appreciate any information or suggestions you might have regarding this implement.

YOu really need to post photos.

I have an old 6.5 ft wide Towner offset disc that I use on my 6-acre hayfield. I was able to get replacement pans (discs) from Agri-Supply. You might see if these folks can help.
