Kubota L3430
I am looking to purchase a rotary tiller for my kubota L3430 fwd tractor. I have read a lot of information on types and brands but experience is best teacher. Can anyone make some recommendations?

first off, how many horsepower?, how wide is your tire tracks?, what type of soil is at where you would be using it?, and how often you gonna use it?

we have an order "on the water" should be here in less than 2 months, we have sold out of the ones that would fit your need perfectly, although we do have the next size up i believe it would be to much for your tractor.
all our tillers are gear driven and this new order we have ordered the heavier tines on them
Any questions feel free to call, they are not on our website yet because we are in the process of getting a brand new one up and goin

I have a Frontier. Can't remember the exact model. I bought it as part of a package deal with my first tractor. I have had real good luck with it. Good luck on your search............

I have a KingKutter KKII 60" on my L3240 with 26 HP at the PTO. My rears are R1s - 62" outer sidewall to outer sidewall. On a few occaisions I wished I had bought the 72" to cover both tracks completely - usually when tilling large areas. I still get good coverage by overlapping the last pass by a few inches, which takes a lot of attention. When operating in tight quarters, the 60" is near perfection. In very heavy, damp, clay soil the 60" is all my machine can handle, but in our sandy loam the 72" would have no problem. It's a very well built machine and can be had for a very reasonable price.

Thanks for the info! On fence between kk and land pride. Land pride is pricey but been told last forever if you take care of it

One thing I would mention is sometimes I use my tiller when doing dirt work so I wanted one as wide as my loader bucket so I opted for the 6 footer.
