Great post, Im suprised that its not getting more replys. I started in the USA and worked my way east. surprised that there were not a ton of flags in China. That data must not be avaible.

It's obviously not a complete listing, even for the US.

I thought the same thing about China. I bet they are just showing factories that manufacture for the USA market. I am pretty sure Deere has 10-15 factories in China, however, not for use in the US market? Ken Sweet

That would explain it.

But, I was also wondering about India and Korea. I thought there were more tractors built there too.

It also appears to be only for major agricultural customers because many of the manufacturers for compact utility stuff, built in USA, are not there. They also have missed some large ag manufacturers in North America, MacDon Industries in Winnipeg comes to mind. But overall it is a very interesting map. Notice how the Southeast is not covered with markers, and even CNH builds their cotton pickers in MN where the only cotton plants are in pictures and museums?

Seems like there is nothing happening west of the Rockies. Feels a bit lonely out here.

Above the map it states: "This interactive map shows where U.S. machinery companies build their equipment." I read that after looking for Mahindra in India.

Right. It's not a complete listing but still, it's interesting and a good resource.
