I came across this *NEW* Woods BH70X on Ebay (here). It's a great price but it's orange! Anybody know of a place where I can get a red one for this price?

Ask Rosseel if they can get a red one.. From my understand they are pretty good to work with.

I went through the same drill with Rosseel's as you are attempting to do, only difference is that I bought a Woods BH90-X with a hydraulic thumb from them. Short answer: They will special order for you and have it factory painted By Woods in almost any tractor color you require. At the time of my purchase from them, there wasn't a dealer in the USA that was offering anywhere near their price. Their little store front has a huge volume sales department. I am completely happy with my Rosseel's transaction and my blue BH.;)

Awesome! How are the freight charges? I was afraid the freight charges would be sky high. Do they let you pick your shipper?

I still saved a lot of money including shipping. You will lose nothing by calling them for a free quote-do it! 586) 949-0822 Ask for Dan Rosseel.
If you are at all even interested in the next size up, the BH80-X, it now comes with an optional hydraulic thumb. Used to be just the BH90-X had that option.

This price doesn't include the subframe kit. That's definitely lower than what I paid, but I never broke out the prices, once you add the subframe, it might not look quite as cheap. I have the same one with the thumb painted Kioti orange, love it so far.

Rosseel's sold me the subframe kit for $1300.00. The closest three Woods dealers to me were quoting around $2100.00. Woods has a couple of levels of dealerships. Those who stock Woods products and those that don't. Rosseel's (a stocking dealer) was at the time I bought mine in the top ten percent in terms of Woods products volume sales.

OK, so the price of $4,850.00 that the OP is talking about will really be between $6150.00 and $6950.00 for your tractor. His subframe may be more or less, but probably close to that. If you add the thumb I got, that price is probably close to what I paid once the govt. got it's cut (lucky you if you if that doesn't apply).

Here's a price list for the BH70X BH and subframes for your reference. I have had these for at least a year so not sure how up to date they are.

The OP in his title is asking for the best price for a new BH70-X in his color of choice. I'm saying that he will get the best price from Rosseel's and well worth the effort to do so.
