The palette forks seem to be OK except that the high top is a big too high for my Cat 259D Compact Track Loader. The cab door hits the attachment, but I can still get in and out.
Next time I have the palette forks mounted, I'll take a picture.

The rake is another experience. I had 2 major issues:

    1. I was told on chat that the tines are T1 however, they do appear to be very easily bent. (Next weel I'll ask a metalurgist friend to see if he can do any non destructive testing on it in the field.)
When it arrived on Monday, I put it on my machine after I got off work and ran it for about short while, maybe 30 min tops just to make sure everything worked. I already noticed one of the tineswere bent and I hardly did anything that day. I'm not doing anything severe. No rock or concrete. I'm just picking up wood and tree tops. This was very disappointing.

The issue here appears to be that when I clamp down on things, the tines get bent. If I get a wood limb in between the tines at an angle and clamp down, the hydraulics just bend the thines. i.e. I don't have to do anything except grab a pile of material and close down on it, and the tines will get bent.

    2. The other issue is that the hydraulic hose with the metal spiral exterior winding is not suitable for the hydraulic hose guides on Cat machines. The wiring spiral get distored and bent with hose movement relative to the hydraulic hose guides. It's a combination of hose type, how the hoses come out of the attachment, and how the hoses mount on the machine. It eventually snaged the hose instead of allowing the hose to slide within it. Anyways, this turned out to be a very bad situation costing me about $300 in parts for new hoses and a broken QC on the machine. I replaced the hoses with Cat nylon sleeved units based on the dealer's recommendation.

I submitted a warranty request for the bent tines via email the next day after I received the unit (Tue). Then followed up with a picture the next day (Wed). They said they'd get back to me in a day (which would have been Thu). On Thu I sent some additional info. It's Saturday, so I'm probably waiting till next week now.

This is a picture of the bent tines, and the stuff I'm trying to move in the background.
I think a solution is to have thicker tines or have webbing to prevent bending.

FYI, Titan called me back today. I would say overall I'm very impressed with their service department. No excuses made, they were just interested in solving my problem, which in my opinion is the right way to be. We discussed several options and agreed on a resolution. It'll be a little delay due to stock. Despite the inital fears I had about their service, I'd say I'm very pleasantly suprised with their response and attitude towards fixing issues.

The ordering and delivery process were definitely excellent and the resolution of the problem in my opinion was been top notch.

That is good to hear, I am glad they are monitoring this site and working on a solution for you. I have purchased 2 items from Titan and I am satisfied with both. I had a small issue with them sending the wrong item and it took an additional week to p/u the wrong item and ship the right one, but there was no additional cost to me and other than waiting an extra week everything turned out OK.

Just an Issue I noticed with my forks. A stand skid steer mount is 44" My 3 buckets are 44.5-45". For 1/4" to 1/2" of "play" to get attached. My forks are 46" and this is too much. Because unless you are centered on the forks, the latches will Not engage into the forks. This is easily remedied, by narrowing the plate on the forks be welding in some metal, or by cutting the holes in the lower piece a little bigger. I am still deciding which route I want to go

If your comment was meant as a way to draw me out it was successful, My experience was anything but pleasurable, I bought forks from you which were obviously defective but you refuse to stand behind them. Sure I guess I could rework them, but when I pay $695 I expect the product to work.
Yes I have a bad attitude but if your forks had hooked up to my machine you would never have known that.

My first serious use of forks today was to move 3 pallets of Warmboard with my 48 HD forks.
The heaviest pallet is about 3200 lbs.
I did not have any issues.

    Default Extreme Root Grapple Rake?

Folks, anyone out there have one of the newer "Extreme Root Grapple Rake"? I received one this week and have had a few issues with it. I'm wondering if it's an isolated incident or if others are having issues. If you've recently purchased one, would you let me know what you think and how it's working for you?
