Re: PalletForks.com - 60" Grapple Buckets $1095 - 42" Pallet Forks $524 & More!
Titanskidsteer, Ive been looking for a fork system to fit my Kubota BX tractor. Trying to compare with a light weight restriction of the FEL has is not easy at 500-600lb range. Do you make anything lighter than the 36" system here.
Also considered are these three and the lightest being 130#

Re: PalletForks.com - 60" Grapple Buckets $1095 - 42" Pallet Forks $524 & More!
Hi.
Do you do a Euro hitch option on your 42" forks?
What about a single arm/grab/grapple for them to help keep logs secure when moving over rough terrain?
I don't think anyone would believe the nightmare I've had trying to find these, and on the occasions I have, the contempt the sellers have shown towards me. As of writing this, I'm STILL awaiting a refund for $ paid in December to a supplier who couldn't supply.
Any help with the forks appreciated.
Thanks.

Just got some clamp on pallet forks with stabalizer bar last week. They where packaged very well and delivery was smooth. Very impressed with the quality for the price. Can't wait to use them on the Kubota L3130. Just have to wait for the snow to go away. I think these will come in handy.

Re: PalletForks.com - 60" Grapple Buckets $1095 - 42" Pallet Forks $524 & More!
Well I went with the heavier duty AND a stabilizer bar.
Now it might be OK to use pallet forks for pallets WITHOUT a stabilizer bar it wouldn't have worked for what I've done.
I've posted most of this elsewhere on TBN but here it is again.
I've a half acre lot in Northern Virginia which had become drastically overgrown. Vines as thick as my wrist entwined densely in 30 year old trees. All with a healthy interspersion of brambles that tore my chainsaw chaps up.
We cut most of the trees, I won't say we cut them down because often they wouldn't fall due to the thick vines. Cut many of the thick vines. Then with the pallet forks on we just pushed in, curled, lifted, pulled back and ripped the mess apart. Often we were pulling the smaller vines out of the ground. Then we piled it up.

First pic, example of ramming into the fallen stuff.

Pick it up and pile it.

Pile one

Pile two
This cleanup would have taken me a week by hand, or at least 2 days plus with my son helping. As it was we spent about 4 hours. Now I've got to get a chipper to finish the mess.
Now I'm SURE the grapple would have been better, but those pallet forks WITH stabilizer bar work PRETTY DARN WELL!!My rides - '95 Kubota M4700, LA1001 FEL :'07 B7610, LA352 FEL, Bush Hog SBX 48 box blade, 18', new Woods BH70-X w/ 16" bucket and Woods thumb, 3pt pallet forks, Dale Phillips PHD, Jinma 8" chipper, Winco 12KW PTO generator with a 2002 7.3L Ford F350 CC DRW 4x4 and '07 Hudson HSE Deluxe trailer - 5 Ton to haul

Re: PalletForks.com - 60" Grapple Buckets $1095 - 42" Pallet Forks $524 & More!
Just want to add my praise here for palletforks.com. I ordered a set of JD style 42" forks with the optional hay spear on-line on Saturday. I got an email confirmation back on Sunday answering a few questions I put in the notes section. These guys ship fast! On Monday I got a tracking number and had my forks on Wednesday.
Let me note a few important things here....
1) The paint matched JD green perfectly
2) They banded everything down to a pallet so it wouldn't move even a little. There wasn't a scratch on anything when I got it. (granted they will get scratched, but I want to be the one who scratches it)
3) Their welds were good quality and it fit my FEL like it was made in the JD factory.
4) I spent $599 compared to a whole bunch more from a JD dealer.
Good job guys!
Thanks
