I bought a new plow this weekend. I searched around for an older one, but didn't have much luck finding a deal and overcoming my concern about finding parts for the ones I did find so I bit the bullet and purchased new instead. I purchased directly from them in East Bend, NC, near Winston Salem avoiding the hefty shipping charges.

I can't believe you got out of there with only one item! I usually find several other things to buy. They're like a tractor toy store.

Well I already had damages from 3 weeks prior - L7300 post hole digger and a Fred Cain subsoiler. I was real tempted to get a bedder too. Maybe next time. They are the cheapest place I've found for all the odds & ends stuff like bushings, pins, blades, links and the like.

Congrats, please let us know how it works out. As you know 2 holes on front beam and left beam are for coulter wheel assemblys.

I thought I'd give it a try on a new field. The coulters are expensive for just a rod & wheel - About $250 for two. The salesman I talked to said most folks don't use them.

Thats a fair price IMO. I paid $130 for each complete assembly delivered about 3 years ago. I too would give it a try first can't hurt.
