LMC Land Leveler

I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with the lowery manufacturing company (LMC) Land leveler. I got a price of $742 plus tax for a 7ft 3pt with scarifers. I know they are cheapers than other models but they dont look as heavy.

This implement is intended to be used on open land. I don't believe that it is meant to be used on a road or parking area. If you are doing pastures or the like, it will most likely work fine.

well it weighs more than i thought it does. 817lbs and they told me i can use it to grade my driveway

Well, I'm sure that you can grade anything you want, and the sales guy might well tell you that, but is it designed to grade drives? Have to say that I have never seen 2 rows of rippers on one of these before. It doesn't look like there are any flat runners for the sides to ride on, but maybe I'm just not seeing them.

It's going to take some weight and power to pull 11 shanks through the ground. I think that the 7 footer may be a bit much for your TC40.

Just my opinion.

Was was wondering if you every purchased one off the LMC Land Levelers ?

i am thinking about purchasing a LPGS but not sure which one.

I like these, but out here in the WEST, may not be so easy to get, would have to call them. Have you looked at the Land Pride units? A lot of people like them.

I have a 6 foot box blade from them. It is super heavy duty. I dont think my tractor will tear the thing up. Not sure about the land plane tho. Looks like it built pretty decent.

Started looking at the Land Pride GS1560, nice unit, looks heavy duty, should hold up behind my Max28.

Also, was looking at the Gearmore Inc. Grading Scraper, a little less HD than the Land Pride Unit but about $200 less, might not be worth it.

A dealer close to me has both manufacturers, trying to checkout both types for reviews.
