Looks like a well made unit.
Last summer I made a frame to accept my snow blade. As the blade can be removed I have been considering making a bolt-on stump bucket - much like you have - but without the grapple. My use would be to transplant some of the many small trees on my land.
In sandy soil, I can see pushing that bucket into the ground in order to move small trees. Also, I can see digging some stumps out with it....especially pine stumps -- where you dont have too many roots radiating from the stump. With a few pushes....I can envision getting under stumps up to 10" inches or so....much depending on soil types.
However It can be ruff duty on a small tractor and a loader.....so I tend to grind stumps out.
