Mid-Mount Mower more stable

OK, most of my yard is sloped. I want to know which set-up would be the most stable/safe.
A Kubota B3200 with a 5 ft. MMM
or
A Kubota L3800 with a Woods RD 72 finish mower.
or
the B3200 with the Woods RD 72.
