Looking at cutters and I see some are roundbacks and some are square. It seems the roundback models all advertise they are roundback as if that is something special.
Is there some advantage to roundbacks vs square?
I had a square Bea Rice 6' on my old David Brown 880 when I was in Texas and it cut really good. Darn near finish mower quality if I took my time.
Just curious if a roundback makes a nicer cut in general, or handles thick weeds and growth better, or what?
