what is limited Category 1 ?

I'm lookin at a used cat 1 but on deere's site they list it as
Category 0 / Limited Category 1? Is that not like my JD4110 cat 1??

It is narrower (Cat 0 spacing between pins) with cat 1 pins. Ken Sweet

No cat 0 is smaller, I am not sure what "limited cat 1" is for sure, but I am guessing the pin sizes might be cat 1, but the spacing is cat 0 just a guess. Follow this link and the second post has a chart to look at this.

Limitied Cat 1 generally means smaller (shorter) implements, as the hitch cannot lift an implement as high as a standard Cat 1 hitch. Most sub cuts have a limited Cat 1, as their smaller tires put the hitch closer to the ground. Frontier, Woods, Bush Hog, Land Pride, King Kutter, and others make implements designed specifically for Limited Cat 1 hitches.

Cat 0 is 3/4" Dia. and Cat 1 is 7/8" Dia. Ken Sweet
