At last I found a nice cultipacker. :thumbsup: It's a 10' Dunham double roller in pretty good shape. Going to pick it up tomorrow night and take it to my cabin property. Since I have no trailer, a buddy said I could use his as long as it gets returned by Thursday. My worry at this point is getting the beast off the trailer with my FEL. Any one an idea how much the thing could weigh? :p

Anything I should know or look for on this model?

I got a single roll Dunham that is just about the same width. I'm guessing mine weighs less than 1000 lbs. I'd bet you will pick it up (but no guarantees) as I think you should be around 1500 lbs.

You could always pick up one end and let that down onto the ground (kinda swing it around)....then pick up the other end. :confused:

Worst case scenario park it under a tree and use a 2 ton "come-along" to lift it a few inches and then drive out from underneath it. Just bring a few straps as well to create a balance sling.

Just might have to do something like that. :D Boy, they sure didn't skip on the steel on those things. :)

Either that or buy a bigger tractor and FEL. :)
