Default John Deere 3pt Hitch... but which one?

    Hello all,
I have been given a 3 pt hitch for what was said to be 300 series garden tractors. But I have not been able to identify it based on any web searching because all the 300 series hitches do not seem to have hydraulics on them. The closest thing I have seen that matches this is a model 120 or 140 H hitch. Like this. I am looking to sell it on craigslist because I own a cub 1641 and this doesn't do me much good, but there are some cub implements from a local dealer that would be useful to me. Any help identifying it or what a fair price would be is much appreciated. At least what model it is would help. It's garden season and I imagine someone is looking for one. Thanks.

I found out what it was by emailing a deere dealer. wish I could delete the post so as not to take away space from others. eventually it will just fade away into the forgotten pages...

Its for a closed frame 300.to 317 GT with a kohler motor in them. It could also be used on the 140 older series tractors too I think....... What did the Deere dealer say? And as far as price I would start at a min. of 300.00. KJD

Thanks for the reply. He said exactly what you said. And he said it could sell from anywhere between $350 to $500 depending on the actual condition, just judging from the pics. Also I could bump it up to $600-$650 if I wanted to sandblast it and re-powder coat it. Which he suggested I just sell it as is. So I put it on craigslist for $400. Quite honestly, if you look at the picture that is straight down it looks a little off center instead of perfectly symmetrical. Part of it is because of the camera picture a tad bit off, but in reality it seems to not be perfectly symmetrical in real life. Which may indicate it was somehow bent at sometime. I'm not trying to hide anything, so I mentioned that in my ad. We'll see. Thanks again.
